Mood swings ya toh puberty ki age mein aate hai jo ki kuchh months mein apne aap chale jaate hai ya fir girls ko unke periods ke time par n fifties mein menopause mein mood swings aate hai. Agar aisa koi karan nahi hai toh sahi mein yoga, pranayam n meditation help karega. Daily practice karne se mind stable hota hai, calm n peaceful rehta hai. Waise morning mein kisi bhi type ki exercise aadhe se ek ghante tak regular karna chahiye. Iss se bhi mood bahut achha rehta hai. Haan ek aur baat, aap apni diet par dhyan dijiye. Diet se bhi farak padega. Time par fresh meals and fruits lijiye.
